We realise that although health and safety is a critical function for all businesses, it is a supporting tool to your primary business undertakings and is an overhead which when managed correctly pays dividends.
We don’t sell off the shelf policies, risk assessments and method statements. Each document is written by Pearl Safety Solutions for you, for your workplace and for your staff. After discussing what the Client WANTS, we advise what they NEED. Each Client is assessed on the strengths and weaknesses of their health and safety management system. Only then can we advise on costs for a practical and proportionate programme of compliance work.
Site visits (if required) are arranged to minimise costs to you and us. We will only undertake the work you require and have paid for. If any extra works are required, we will discuss this with you and not continue without your permission, furthermore all charges will be advised and agreed prior to continuing.
